Hawaiian wished to improve its customer retention as users went through the booking path.

Process

A lot of concepting and user task flows done on a white board. Heuristic analysis done before moving onto wireframes. Moved through low-fidelity wireframes to high fidelity before doing any user testing. After user testing updates were made based on feedback.
