Writing for everyone

While I love Medium to a certain degree, and other online publications, I am sad to see the lowering of the bar with writing skills. The amount of grammar and spelling errors I see in online articles has increased dramatically. I am not a perfect writer by any means. But there are tools to help people write better, such as Grammarly. You can even use it for free.

A lot of writing these days seems sloppy and rushed to me. Get the content out the door and my name online and that's good enough. But is it?
